Is there any nitrates, nitrites, or MSG?

No! Our jerky has no nitrates, nitrates, or MSG. We use our traditional procedure to make jerky soft and delicious.

Are there any artificial preservatives in the products?


Is your product made in the USA?

Yes! All our food products are made in the USA. Only our secret ingredients are imported from Thailand to make our food as good as the original taste.

What is the Sweet Pork Jerky’s shelf life?

We recommend eating within the “BEST BEFORE DATE” that we put on the package which is 2 months after the packing date of each package.

The best before date printed on our packaging is the date we know the product will still be as fresh as the day it was packaged. We cannot guarantee the optimal quality of any of our products after the best by date (or more than three days after the package is opened). Simply put, we don’t recommend consuming any product after the date listed on the package.

Do your products have to be refrigerated frozen?

If the package has not been opened, our products will remain fresh without refrigeration. Once the package has been opened, be sure to refrigerate or eat within three days.

We advise against freezing the meat snacks as they won’t provide an optimal snacking experience. Sure, they’re still perfectly fit for consumption, but their texture and taste can change (rarely for the better).

Where can I find the nutrition facts information?

Nutrition facts can be found on the back of each product package. It can also be found on our website thegodenviewco.com on each product info page. 

What allergens are found on the package?

Our products are labeled in compliance with government regulations. All nine major allergens (eggs, fish, crustacean/shellfish, milk, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, wheat, and sesame) are listed in the ingredient statement found on the package label. We recommend checking the ingredient statement on the package before consuming the product to avoid allergy. 


When will I receive my order?

Currently we ship out your order from Florida. We generally ship within 1-2 business days after you order. An average transit time is 3-7 business days . Learn more about our shipping policy.

How much does shipping cost?

 We are happy to say that if your order is over $50, you will get FREE shipping! Otherwise it is determined by USPS based on where you live. You will see your final shipping cost at the checkout page. Read more about our shipping policy.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only in the USA for this moment.

How do I know that you received my order?

Once an order is placed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email in a few minutes confirming we have received your order and prepared for shipping.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been confirmed?

We are unable to make changes to the order after the order has been confirmed.

Can I add more items to an order I placed that hasn’t shipped yet?

We are unable to add items after the order has been confirmed. Please create a new order separately for additional items.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive your tracking number via email when we shipped out your order.

Can I return my order?

We currently only accept returns for damaged products. Please contact us if you experience any inconveniences and we will do our best to make you happy.
